HR Manager Ref SES0749 Region Europe Location Luxembourg Betzdorf Company SES Category Human Resources Position Staff Published 20160219 Context We are looking for a highly efficient HR ManagerBusiness Partner for one of our departments, based in Luxembourg. The HR Manager is part of the Human Resources Management team and provides advice and support to executives, line managers and employees to ensure the successful execution of SESs business strategy and the achievement of company objectives. The HR Manager must build strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders through high quality communication and dialogue. The incumbent acts as a regional first HR point of contact for their assigned client group. HeShe also partners and liaises with hisher HR counterparts in other locations to act as a Global Coordinator for hisher client group. Responsibilities Provide advice and support on various HR related areas such as staffing, organisational design, performance management, competency assessment, talent management, compensation and benefits, people development, together with the respective HR centre of expertise Compensation Benefits, Learning Development Coach and advise managers on people issues Manage all recruitment in line with company policy and quality standards, from the creation of job descriptions through to the onboarding of new hires Provide strategic advice on organisational design and support the setup of, or implementation of changes to, organisational structure Partner with business managers and HR management to implement the SES career development framework including succession planning, talent reviews and creation of individual development plans Proactively identify new competencies required by the business and propose solutions to fill gaps Coordinate and implement annual performance review cycle activities and undertake related analyses Coordinate local and international employee mobility and promotions Actively monitor and implement actions to drive employee engagement Manage all aspects of employee departures e.g. resignations, terminations Engage and interact with employee representatives Experience Qualifications University degree in Business, HR or related field Eight to twelve years experience in Human Resources, ideally with project management experience Knowledge of Luxembourg labour law Fluency in English written and spoken French andor German are a strong asset Strong customer focus and results orientation Excellent priority setting and organisational skills Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships in a multicultural environment Critical and analytical thinking ability to assess and solve problems Proactive, perseverant and flexible Strong influencing and negotiation skills Our Offer Competitive salary package, coupled with a diverse array of challenges and development benefits.
