Home sales jump but prices dip in Massachusetts

Real estate data reports released Tuesday say the number of single-family homes sold in Massachusetts increased in February, compared to the same month last year, when much of New England was buried under historic snows. But the median price for single family homes declined for the first time in months, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors reported.
