Share My Meals, through its Meal Recovery Coalition, is working with corporations, hospitals, universities, and volunteers across New Jersey to rescue surplus prepared meals and deliver them directly to people facing food insecuritywhile also building a scalable model that could be replicated nationally. Using custom-built technology, strong community ties, and cross-sector collaboration, the initiative has already recovered over 100,000 meals and is gaining momentum as a viable solution to both food waste and hunger.
