KwaZulu-Natal estate agent and former DA member Penny Sparrow took to Facebook after New Year s Day this year and, responding to the packed beaches around Durban, referred to black people as monkeys who had no education. Given the recent spate of racism and discrimination that surfaced in South Africa, the Estate Agency Affairs Board is conducting a survey to determine and assess the level of racism and discrimination within the real estate value industry.
