Reporting to the Corporate Business Process Manager, you are responsible for the corporate supervision of IT related corporate processes. You will support IT corporate processes evolution and rationalisation Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include You will be responsible for the supervision of the OS imaging processes both in Mac and windows environments You will be responsible for proposing improvements to the internal workflow to ensure a regular update and validation of the OS images You will be responsible for the supervision of the SCCM processes for all corporate devices You will be responsible for proposing SCCM process improvements to comply with corporate policies You will support the analysis of the corporate ticketing system to identify areas of improvement You will support the revision of IT corporate policies Skills and Experience A Masters Degree in Information technology or a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional working experience You have knowledge of ESA IT policies and regulations You have a broad knowledge of IT service management principles You have a proven capability of performing tasks in a fully autonomous way You have an aptitude for effective communication and collaboration in an international and challenging environment You have proven team management experience How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
