You will have the opportunity to support the IT corporate processes evolution and rationalisation at our clients premises in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Administration of the SCCM processes for all corporate devices You will be contributing to the improvement of SCCM processes to comply with corporate policies You will be contributing to the improvement of other corporate tools e.g. Identity management, active directory You will be supporting the analysis of the corporate ticketing system to identify areas of improvement Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a Technical Degree Bsc., Diploma or equivalent from a recognised Institution or equivalent. A broad knowledge of IT service management principles You have a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional working experience You have a good knowledge of ESA IT policies and regulations You have a proven capability of performing tasks in a fully autonomous way You have an aptitude for effective communication and collaboration in an international and challenging environment The following skills would be highly desirable You have a proven team management experience You have a proven SCCM working experience How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
