We are currently looking for an ICT Technician to support our customer ESAESTEC in the Netherlands. ICT Technician at ESTEC Key Tasks and Responsibilities As ICT Information and Communication Technology Technician you will be involved in the corporate supervision of IT related corporate processes and support IT corporate processes evolution and rationalization. Your responsibilities will include Administration of the SCCM System Centre Configuration Manager processes for all corporate devices Contributing to improve SCCM processes to comply with corporate policies Contribute to the improvement of other corporate tools e.g. Identity management, active directory Support the analysis of the corporate ticketing system to identify areas of improvement. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience A university degree in a relevant discipline A broad knowledge of IT service management principles Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional working experience Knowledge of ESA IT policies and regulations would be an advantage A proven capability of performing tasks in a fully autonomous way An aptitude for effective communication and collaboration in an international and challenging environment Proven team management experience is considered an asset Proven SCCM working experience is considered an asset Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
