For our upcoming positions, we are looking for an IT security engineer to join our expanding operations team near Munich to deliver cutting edge solutions and services that our customer really need to succeed. ResponsibilitiesDuties Define and implement security policies and monitor systems for compliance Conduct regular software security audits and review the findings Review security reports and monitor mitigation efforts Monitor internal systems and tools for any possible securityrelated concerns Lead efforts to achieve industry security certifications Maintain current knowledge base of threats, patches, trends and risks within the Information Security discipline QualificationsExperience Bachelor Degree in computers, technology, or related field of study 3 years in the field of Information Technology 1 years in the specific discipline of IT security Essential Skills Familiarity with vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection, anomaly detection and associated technologies Experience with firewalls, encryption and associated algorithms TCPIP and other related protocols. Experience with monitoring and compliance tools Desirable Skills Strong Analytical Skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Advanced Microsoft Office Skills Excellent Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Further Details Requirements The selected applicant will be subject to a government security clearance and must need eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Citizenship of a member State of the European Union or Norway required to meet this obligation.
