RHEA is currently recruiting an IT Software Recruiter to support the Recruitment Team at our premises in the Wavre, Belgium. As part of RHEAs Recruitment Team, the IT Software Recruiter works with the Managers in the Professional Engineering Services and System Engineering, Security Solutions teams in order to define the recruitment needs and determine the corresponding channels to hire the best available resources to meet business revenue or project deadlines. Heshe will take full ownership of the complete recruitment cycle for specific projects andor customers, ranging from identifying appropriate candidates until closure. The role will include HR Generalist responsibilities such as drafting conditional offer letters, negotiating salary, answering queries, etc. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Takes the lead in the entire recruitment process, from A to Z, for assigned accounts, starting with the sourcing of candidates until successful closure. Assigned accounts will mainly be focused on IT and Software profiles, however, occasional support with Corporate functions as well as with Space Engineering profiles will be needed. Identifies and implements sourcing strategies in function of the job positions by creatively conducting research andor utilizing a multitude of resources. Contributes to the development of an active pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, complex internet searches, etc. to allow a quick and efficient response. Ensures candidates receive a best in class service in managing their application and induction into RHEA. This will include preparation of Conditional Offer letters, negotiation with the candidates and addressing with the help of HR candidate queries. Conducts phone or live interviews with candidates who are going to be presented. Acts as the key recruitment contact for the Managers in both Business Units. Works closely to proactively understand recruitment actions needed that contribute towards the company revenue. Understands the focus of the business units and corporate departments and their business and people priorities. Works with the other members of the Recruitment Team to develop recruitment strategies to address business needs and strategic priorities. Posts advertisements and communicates new positions to required internal and external groups. Ensures quality of documents and compliance with customer requirements. Tracks global hiring activity and provides weekly and monthly management information reporting. Ensures the visibility of RHEA in the marketplace is optimized, driving the company to be an employer of choice. Proposes initiatives for participation in Job Fairs and Graduate Programs as appropriate. Helps with various Ad Hoc projects in the area of Human Resources, Business Regions and Recruiting aimed at acquiring full understanding of RHEAs Business Model which should lead to building our candidate and business networks. Occasionally travels to the regions in order to meet with the Regional Business Unit Managers a well as with customers andor employees to improve the contact, understand the local business needs and acquire a better understanding of the clients needs. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory 3 to 5 years prior experience recruiting IT and Software profiles is required. Knowledge of the Space Industry is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills to both inspire team productivity and candidate loyalty. Proven success developing sourcing strategies for a wide variety of positions and geographies. Broad knowledge and demonstrated success with Internet and Social Media strategies for identifying passive and active candidate pools. Ability to create competitive and demographic analysis for use in the recruiting functions and business teams. Easy communicator who enjoys frequent contacts with candidates, business partners and clients. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Fluency in French is desired but not mandatory. Additional European languages are an asset. Good analytical skills with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly. A good team player who is both flexible and adaptable to change and whilst under pressure. Strong basic computer skills, including but not limited to the use of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook are required. Strong commitment to quality, data driven, highly organized and adept at juggling multiple priorities. The following skills would be highly desirable Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing skills e.g. Boolean Strings. Good knowledge of database software tools.
