Citrix Receiver users support SparX Cloud server administrator Modelbased systems engineering Science DHCP server administration WSUS Science servers updates administrator Science servers monitoring and administration Windows Server 2012R2, Windows Server 2016 and HyperV. Nagwin Nagios Efficient and effective response to requests for service received by phone, email and in person, providing resolution, escalation when necessary and subsequent management of incidents Proactive identification and mitigation of potential incidents before the incident occurs Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows and Mac desktops and laptops as required Windows 7, Windows 10 OS macOS High Sierra, Sierra, Mac OS X El Capitan, Yosemitte, Maverks Active directory administration for Users, Computers and Security Groups Group Policy Management Science File server resources administration Provide application support for ESA Standard software packages as required Provide application support for nonstandard software products, such as Enterprise Architect, Matlab, IBM Doors, Primavera, Matematika, Adobe products, MS Access, IDL, OpenText and other Backup administration LTO 6 tapes backup Dell PowerVault TL2000 tape libraries and ARCServe Support for local client backups MIP Windows, TimeMachine Mac backups User support and FTP server groups administration for SMILE project Printers and Digital Senders administration. Ideal candidate The successful candidate will bring a Bachelors degree or equivalent Technical DegreeDiploma from a recognised institution Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in similar roles Knowledge of standard range of desktop applications and hardware Experience in Hardware and Software installation Experience in Server and System Administration Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
