Illinois man charged in fire at FAA center

A Naperville, Ill., man has been charged in federal court in connection with a deliberately set fire at an FAA radar center that grounded nearly 2,000 flights in Chicago and caused a major disruption in the nation's air travel Friday, authorities said. Brian Howard, 36, was hospitalized after the fire, in which he was injured.
