Inflation in Emerging Countries (Monthly Report)

2019-09-30 19:15:14| EmergingTextiles.com

Inflation rates are staying under control in low-income countries, as a result of a weaker economic growth of the global economy. However, inflation is soaring in Pakistan, where the stabilization of the rupee could negatively affect exports, as already observed in Turkey. Our monthly report offers a comparison of inflation rates in low-cost countries, with historical data available back to June 2007. The impact of currency changes vs. the US dollar, the euro, and the Sterling is also calculated to assess real terms of trade for exporters.
