TASKS The Key Person shall perform the following tasks in support to the PRS Division Assessment of EUMETSAT Information Management needs Support for establishing a roadmap for Information Management Implementation Support for establishing an Information Management Implementation Framework Support for defining and conducting of Information Management Training Support monitoring of progress of IM Implementation PROFILE The key person in charge of the activity shall be able to cover the following mandatory skills Demonstrated track record in settingup Information Management plans and processes Specific experience and knowledge in Technical Information Management Good experience in assessing needs for Information Management and inby interacting with users and management General knowledge of engineering tools and controlled handling of their outputs as part of the technical information management Very good knowledge of Documentation Management processes and use of supporting tools Experience in specification of information management processes and their documentation Experience in defining training sessions and material for Information Management. Good command of English language is mandatory. Close Date 16012015
