Two real estate agents and a broker are facing felony charges in a grand theft loan-modification scheme, and the Orange County District Attorney's Office is asking for the public's help identifying others who may have been affected. Michael Pelimiano Soriano, 45, of Irvine; Augustin Navarra Alayon, 52, of Canoga Park; and Joseph Anthony Q.
