The core tasks will be Software development for the nextgeneration Spacecraft Monitoring Control System of a flagship space mission Technical lead design and implementation of subcomponents of the system in compliance with the overall system architecture Technical documentation of implementation in Wiki system and UML Model experience in MBSE would be an asset Proactive evolution of current technology stack throughout the initial development phase and subsequent maintenance phase Your profile Essential skills are Proficiency in Java 8 Proficiency in Apache Karaf OSGi Framework and OSGi methodology DevOps mindset and experience in CICD pipelines based on Nexus, Jenkins, Git and Docker Experience in agile software development lifecycles Experience in Linux environments and supplementary scripting languages e.g. Bash, Python Fluency in English Desirable skills would be Knowledge of Atlassian Tool Suite Jira, Confluence, etc. Experience in UML System Model Design and Enterprise Architect Experience in Kubernetes and Docker deployments Experience in VMWare environments Experience in MagicDraw would be an advantage Experience in webfrontend development based on the React library Experience in Apache ServiceMix platform Experience in Apache Hadoop Framework Advanced debugging and troubleshooting skills in Kubernetes, Docker and OSGi deployments Experience in Eclipse RCP development would be an asset Academic requirements a University or similar degree in computer science, engineering or similar discipline.
