JetBlue Airways is at top of survey's customer experience ratings, with Southwest Airlines next

A survey of 10,000 U.S. consumers has found that JetBlue Airways has the best customer experience rating among major U.S. airlines, with Southwest Airlines finishing second. At the very bottom is Spirit Airlines, which ranked last among 10 airlines and 281st out of 293 companies of all industries covered in the Temkin Experience Ratings.
