Position Reference 795 We are currently looking for a Junior Digital Marketeer to join our Marketing and Communication Team in our Headquarters in the city of Wavre, Belgium. The key person will help the team to develop, implement, track and optimize its digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Please note that this position can also be based in our other offices in Europe or in Montreal, Canada. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email, social media and advertisement. Plan, execute and measure experiments on landing pages and our website Help grow our five online channels RHEA GroupCanada LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube including the creation of content, monitoring, engagement and data collection. Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals ROI and KPIs. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Support external events through attendance, live social media coverage and promotion. Support internal communications and campaigns. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing. 0 to 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role. Good knowledge of marketing channels Google search, email marketing, social media. Knowledge of analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, DataBox. Ability to write convincing and conversiondriven copy Analytical, responsible, curious, proactive and creative attitude. Team working spirit. Excellent communication skills. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
