RHEA is currently recruiting a Launcher Product Assurance Safety Expert to be responsible for the Ariane 5 rocket quality assurance at our clients premises in Paris, France. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Verifying that the PAS requirements are taken into account by the project teams. Reviewing contractors plans, specifications, and assess their performance and effectiveness. Ensuring that the PAS requirements are properly addressed by the Prime Manufacturer and throughout the overall contractual chain, and proposing the necessary preventive and corrective actions if needed. Participation in project review, contribution to design, acceptance TRR, TRB, and safety reviews. Organizing quality and maintenance audits, produce reports on audit activities performed. Participating to RAMS management activities status. Reporting on project PAS status deviations from plan schedule. The job may require frequent missions in Europe. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University degree in Engineering or equivalent. A minimum of 12 years of experience in Product Assurance and Quality Assurance in the aerospace domain. Strong knowledge of the launcher industry. Good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills, with the ability to work in a diverse team environment. Fluent in English both writing and speaking. The following skills would be highly desirable Knowledge of Configuration Management or the implementation of Product Assurance within a quality system certified to ISO 9001.
