For permanent employment the Satellite Ground Systems department at OHB Digital Connect GmbH in Bremen is looking for a Lead System Engineer for Ground Segment GSEG mfd Your Tasks Technical Lead of the GSEG engineers hardware and software engineers Definition, planning, assignment and prioritization of Work Packages related to the GSEG Setting up of the entire GSEG schedule including integration of the elements at the customers site Contribution to the makebuy strategy Pragmatic and efficiencyrelated management of requirements Orchestration of specifications towards suppliers and service providers Identification of possible gaps in personnel and agreement with the Project Lead and HR on strategy for hiring internalexternalconsultants Inputs to overall company strategy regarding a MultiMissionCentre located at OHB Bremen Your Qualifications Degree in either aerospace engineering, IT, electronics or similar Profound experience in systems engineering not limited to space domains Ability to handle a team of engineers, take decisions, give assignments and priorities Proactive behaviour Excellent team player, ability to delegate Ideally, experience with space operations andor ground segments
