The position is offered as a fixedterm contract until 01022020 with a possibility of extension for 3 months. Main responsibilities The successful candidate will concentrate hisher activities on the following tasks Populate the lists provided by the Customer following specific guidelines in order to prepare a catalogue Identify folders to be destroyed and Prepare destructions forms based on record schedules and instructions Data entry on tools used to manage the catalogue training will be provided Report on issues encountered and points of attention Attend weekly progress meeting Ideal candidate The ideal candidate should bring the following skills and experience Knowledge of MS tools and office Secondary education is required, experience working in archives would be an advantage Strong interpersonal skills, selfmotivation and ability to work independently Fluent spoken and written English, knowledge of French and German is an asset Important Any offer of employment is contingent upon you providing documents to verify your identity and employment eligibility, as required by law.
