Linn County Considers Exclusive Broadband ...

Firefighters, police officers, and other public service officials attended a presentation on the First Alert Network Authority in Linn County on Tuesday. As part of a bill signed into law by Congress in 2012, FirstNet is in the process of creating infrastructure for a nationwide wireless broadband network to be used exclusively by public safety officials.
