Fostering development of capacitive touch-enabled UIs for wearables and battery-powered applications, QTouch® Surface works with Atmel | SMART MCUs, features Peripheral Touch Control, and uses <10% CPU processing power. Solution consumes 4 µA min in standby, offers scan rates up to 100Hz, and supports multi touch on 2.7 and 5.5 in. surface sizes with respective edge to edge touch separation of 2 and 5.5 mm. Capacitive touch surface control with wake-up on surface touch is supported.
