The MTA has rejected a racy subway advertisement showing a scantily-clad couple about to get it on - on a kitchen counter. A year ago, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority turned subway riders' heads when it approved breast-enhancement ads promoting a team of Long Island City plastic surgeons.
