Vitrociset Belgium is looking for a candidate with the profile described below to deploy in ESTEC Please submit applications not later than 02122015 by EMAIL to Mr. Massimiliano Mazza, Head of Engineering services Satellite Operations M.Mazzavitrocisetbelgium.com cc. jobsvitrocisetbelgium.com Specific Tasks The task covers the operations, maintenance and evolutions of the Documentation Management System DMS, including processes, processes and the use of supporting electronic documentation management tool, for a given projectprogramme or organisational unit. It includes the following typical duties Regular review of the status of documents in the different archives and where appropriate register this information in the DMS database. Document registration, distribution and archiving, as well as provision of reproduction services. Process configuration controlled document changes and of official papers relevant to the activities of the unit. Supporting users for retrieving documents from local DMS, DMSs from external partners andor industry, out of paper archives, other sources like ESTEC library, scanned documents on CDROM or via Internet, etc. Provision of paper copies of electronic documents on request, creation of electronic versions of documents. Management of original files. Related support to project reviews. Support to enhancements of the document management concepts and of future improvements. The above tasks must be implemented in line with applicable configuration management processes and standards and in close collaboration with relevant CM authority. The following specific tasks are relevant to the support to be provided in this position within DSRE Initial assignment will be to support the EUCLID Project in managing its backlog of document processing and ensuring continuous management of the Projects documents in the ECLIPSE Platform Resolve the backlog of document deliveries currently stored on the Secure FTP server Maintain the project profile in the ECLIPSE platform, managing user access and folder definitions etc. Define and implement the document management procedures within the project and its external partners Handle document deliveries from external partners Support project reviews with the management and distribution of documentation review data packages Act as focal point for documentation related ECLIPSE queries and related matters within the project Specific Competence Requirements University degree Bachelor from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or Communications as relevant, with typically 4 years of relevant experience At least 2 years of prevoius relevant working experience in the field
