When paired with 75/25 argon and carbon dioxide shielding gas mixture, wire offers 2.0 mL of diffusible hydrogen per 100 g of weldment. Operating with 90/10 shielding, gas blend yields ≤ 4.0 mL of hydrogen per 100 g of weldment. Available in diameters of 0.045, 0.052, and 1/16 in., FabCOR Element 70C6 simplifies silicon removal and is suited for single- or- multi-pass welding.
