RHEA is currently recruiting a Microwave Engineer to support the Radio Frequency Technology Section at our clients premises in Noordwijk, The Netherlands Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Contributing to the design, development and performance evaluation of RF technologies applicable to space and ground segments with particular emphasis on Travelling Wave Tube Amplifiers and Vacuum Electronics Providing expert technical support to projects and programmes Contributing to the generation of innovative ideas in the field of RF equipment and technologies and to the definition of ESA RD programmes Defining technical requirements and statements of work for the tasks to be performed by industry from early conceptual studies to full hardware development Contributing the to the developmentusage of section related laboratory facilities and analysissimulation tools Monitoring applicable scientific and technological trends Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Applicant should have a university Masters degree in microwave or RF electronics engineering At least 4 years of relevant experience You must have a good background on RF equipment and technologies for space applications Several years of working experience on Travelling Wave Tube Amplifiers and Vacuum Electronics.
