RHEA is currently recruiting a Microwave Engineer to support Radio Frequency Equip. Tech. Section at our clients premises in the Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Contributing to the design, development and performance evaluation of RF technologies applicable to space and ground segments with particular emphasis on Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit MMICs and passive RF equipment and components filters, IMUXOMUXes, ferrite devices, etc. Providing expert technical support to projects and programmes Contributing to the generation of innovative ideas in the field of RF equipment and technologies and to the definition of ESA RD programmes Defining technical requirements and statements of work for the tasks to be performed by industry from early conceptual studies to full hardware development Contributing the to the developmentusage of section related laboratory facilities and analysissimulation tools Monitoring applicable scientific and technological trends Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University Masters degree in microwave or RF electronics engineering. Good background on RF equipment and technologies for space applications. Several years of working experience on MMICs and Passive RF equipment and components.
