Parallel channel control function delivers 6.0 A max operating current when 2-channel outputs are used as 1-channel driver. Available in ZIP, QFN, HTSSOP, and HSOP packages, TB67H400A includes thermal shutdown, over-current shutdown, and under-voltage lockout circuits.
