Myanmar's apparel exports continued rising during the pandemic, although less significantly than in previous years. The military coup could limit further their growth after the threat of sanctions by the EU already reduced demand from European markets in 2020. Our statistical series provides a comprehensive view of Myanmar's clothing exports in the third quarter quarters 2016-20, including volume, value, and unit value changes per destination. Knit and woven apparel exports are separately displayed. EU and US apparel imports per product category are also comprehensively covered. All data are available for download.
