Pop Herald: World oil (Other OTC: WOIIF - news) prices nudged higher Tuesday as OPEC producers met to discuss a possible freeze to crude output levels in a bid to tackle a supply glut.
U.S. crude futures were trading at $31.25 per barrel at 0758 GMT, down 1.95 per cent from their last settlement.
