We are currently looking for a PA Manager to support our customer in Germany. PA Manager Key Tasks and Responsibilities Ensuring the required product quality by Proper integration of the PA disciplines Integration of PA with all management and engineering activities. Implementation of a PA programme throughout all project phases, ensuring Definition and implementation of project and PA organisation Customization of applicable standards Identification of issues with potential impact on safety and mission success Prevention of adverse situations by early detectioneliminationcontainment Risk assessment and control Conformance of end product conforms to specifications Visibility of the Quality status of the project. Generic PA Management tasks Managing of PA tasks WPs, gate reviews, MIP, KIP, PA documentation Coordination of PA support disciplines MP, AIT, EEE, RAMS, SW QA, etc. Monitoring subcontractor quality, perform audits Ensuring that alerts and warning notes are checked Providing monthly quality report, informing QM in case of new major NCRs Managing NCRs with respect to root cause analysis, mitigation actions, NRB management, closeout 1st, 2nd, 3rd level Maintaining good interface to related customer QA representatives Ensuring that product liability requirements are met Implementing of ENS PA operations guideline. Skills Experience University degree in AerospaceElectrical Engineering or other relevant discipline Several years professional experience in space engineering, AIT and QA Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of German and French are an asset.
