One of our space clients based in Spain is seeking a Space Electronics PA Engineer. This is a fulltime position starting immediately, with an expected duration of 23 years. Required Profile PA Manager with 10 years experience managing PA for complex space projects Role and Responsibilities General PA and management for client company and for subcontractors Interface between client company, ESA, and Subcontractors Implementation and coordination of the PA and QA activities Definition of the equipment key points inspection list, preparation and followup Client company equipment acceptance qualification procedures validation Leading EQSRs at subcontractors Management of MPCB and PCB Supervision of non conformances and waivers instructions and completion of corrective actions Main reviews support and overall documentation validation Participation to the Test Readiness Review TRR before tests and to the Test Review Board TRB after tests Qualifications and Education Requirements Recognized Engineering or Scientific degree Generalist PA with demonstrated 10 years experience at SpacecraftMission Level Expertise in as a PA manager for prime contractors and managing subcontractors Space project experience, preferably with ESA Experience with space system development life cycle, phases, reviews and deliverables. Knowledge of Space Quality ECSS standards Preferred Skills Team Leader skills required Good English skills are essential Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills and be confident to deal with a wide variety of people, reporting succinctly complex data Able to perform effectively under high workloads and be able to adapt to a rapidlychanging timecritical environment Able to commit to the plan and deliver the expected results on time or to report proactively if any deviations are foreseen Work in teams and good interpersonal skills to coordinate with team leaders and key stakeholders as well as in cooperation with industry and partner agencies
