Sperry Van Ness Chicago Commercial has completed the sale of a loft office building in Chicago's red hot West Loop neighborhood. The property, located at 808 W Lake Street includes a 7,553 square foot timber and beam loft office building with an adjacent surface lot of 3,325 square feet for 10-car parking. The parcel was purchased by One Off Hospitality Group Ltd., owner of the restaurants: Blackbird, Avec, the Publican, Publican Quality Meats, Violet Hour, Big Star and the upcoming Nico. The group plans to use the space as its office, conveniently located within walking distance of three of its restaurants (Avec, the Publican, and Publican Quality Meats. Scott Maesel of Sperry Van Ness, LLC was the sole broker in the transaction. The property was sold for $1,690,000.
