Available in SO-8 or 5-lead SOT-23 package, monolithic APE1723-HF-3 has adjustable output voltage range of 0.745–24 V and can drive 1 A load without external transistor. Step down convertor, operating at fixed switching frequency of 200 kHz, is RoHS compliant and completely free of BFR and halogen. External shutdown function is controlled with logic level signals, and other features include internal compensation as well as thermal shutdown, current limit, and short circuit protections.
