While it may take Pittsburgh homeowners a little more time to sell their homes, the local real estate market continues to show steady growth heading into the new year. "We are wrapping up a solid real estate year that has had stability and a good balance between buyers and sellers," said Tom Hosack, president of the West Penn Multi-List and president and CEO of Northwood Realty Services in McCandless.
