The Planning and Zoning Commission forwarded a favorable recommendation to the Mayor and City Council to establish a R-1A Single Family Residential District that would provide an outlet for neighborhoods to ban short term rentals. On Tuesday evening, the commission held a public hearing to consider amending the zoning code to create an R-1A Single Family Residential District.
