We currently have the following job opportunity at our offices in Unterfhring, near Munich Playout Operator mfd Responsibilities Playout of digital free and payTV channels e.g. Sky, DMAX, TLC, Tele5 in a fully filebased environment Independent and autonomous operation of the transmission automation and server systems Firstline service in case of major incidents and maintenance of broadcasting Operation of the measuring devices, switchers and communication facilities Monitoring and control of the DVB broadcast equipment Quality check of incoming lines audio signals Monitoring the input and output signals ExperienceQualification University degree in Engineering, Media Technology alternatively 5 years working experience in a similar position Strong experience in working with IP technology and audiovideo solutions Managerial Skills Capable of effectively lead a team of engineers, in a dynamic, ever changing and stressful environment, to deliver commercially attractive offers Commercial and business orientation, combined with the relevant operational and technical understanding Very good communication skills and service oriented mindset Constant motivation to drive improvements Enthusiasm to familiarize oneself with new technologies and to implement into business processes Strong German and English language skills Distinctive flexibility and team spirit Independent, Structured, solutionoriented and reliable approach Strong customer focus Willingness to work in global, multicultural team What to expect?
