Pork producer Cranswick expects employment boost as China exports grow

Businesses driving the food and drink sector will create 73,000 new jobs within the next five years, a study has found. Cranswick, the premium pork producer, said it would look to bolster its workforce at its UK factories on the back of surging export sales.
