Altran Italia is looking for a Power Conditioning Engineer to be involved in ASD Division in Netherlands. The candidate we are looking for will operate in the Power Management and Distribution Engineering department of ESA as Power System Engineer. Main duties will include design, development and test of spacecraft power system for onboard applications development and validation of simulation blocks for system analysis support the laboratory activities concerning design and development or verification of circuits for power management and distribution development and verification of high voltage design technologies. Your profile The ideal candidate has a PhD or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Physics, good knowledge of simulation software such as Matlab and Simulink and proven experience in Digital Control of Power Converters FPGA and microcontroller programming Design of power converters with GaN semiconductors Electrical power processing Power conditioning and circuit design Development of computer models, especially with PSpice Knowledge of space power conversion system will be an asset.
