An Atlas V launch vehicle rose from the pad at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Fla., today to deliver the second Space Based Infrared System Geosynchronous satellite into orbit - thanks to propulsion provided by Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne and RD AMROSS.
