HE Space is a successful international space company. For over 30 years, we have been supporting our customers with qualified experts in the field of engineering, science and administration. We are currently looking for a Product Assurance EEE Component Engineer to support our customer in Germany. Product Assurance EEE Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical Component Engineer Key Tasks and Responsibilities Our customer is a small, successful, Munich based provider of specially designed high reliability antennas, data and radio systems for aerospace, industrial and military applications. To meet the needs of their growing business, they seek a product assurance and EEE engineer. Developing test requirements, as well as monitoring and documentation of tests Verification of specified properties of our devices under various environmental conditions Implementation of PMP and Reliability, Availability and Maintainability activities Assessment, selection and qualification of EEE components Creation of product assurance documents and analyses, e.g., radiation, reliability, stress, failure mode effect analyses Monitoring, verification and control our quality management system according to ISO 9001 Planning and control of product safety tasks, such as risk management Management of nonconformances and requests for waivers with customers and suppliers Ensuring compliance with the prescribed standards and specifications. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience You should have a degree in engineering, physics or an equivalent qualification Several years professional experience in product safety in the space domain, in particular with regard to component selection A sound knowledge of reliability behaviour of electronic components subject to a high radiation environment is desired, as is experience conducting relevant analyses Detailed knowledge of relevant ECSS and MIL standards is expected. Ideally you have completed training for inspector ECSSQST70xx We expect personal commitment and reliability, a high awareness of quality, the ability both to work independently as well as in a team, and strong negotiating and organizational skills, creativity and resilience.
