The Bremen office of our client is the industrial centre of excellence for human spaceflight, launchers and space robotics in Europe. Key projects here are contributions towards the International Space Station ISS, the development of rocket stages and in the area of robotics the gentle and safe landing of spacecraft. The focus of the jobholder as a Program Management Operations support will be on the administrative support for the success of the industrial management task, which has the objective to have the subcontracts with major suppliers implemented in line with the technical baseline and in line with the ESM European Space Module delivery schedule. Tasks and Responsibilities Followup of any missing elements for subcontract signature Followup of subcontract signature status incl. ATP status Followup of definition and formalization of subcontractors statement of work conditions and implementation Administrative support for definition and formalization of technical baseline for contract applicability, subcontractors contractual delivery dates, implementation and reporting on schedule measures and of contract implementation plan Followup of planned versus achieved contract implementation plan Interfacing with the proposal team disciplines to chase the technical, commercial and management inputs Establishment and review of proposal documents Support for proposal review process administration incl. tender notification document approval support General administrative support for regular task force meetings meeting organization, minutes, actions, followup Followup of actions addressed in the task forces Reporting of status of task force progress Work closely with several contact persons from various areas as an interface to the coordination which is led by the technical and schedule Orion ESM task force. Requirements A university degree in Economics, Aerospace or comparable At least 3 years of experience with Project Management Good knowledge of MS Office Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing German language skills are an advantage.
