For Astrium in Heilbronn Lampoldshausen within the area Orbital Propulsion Systems Test for the department Orbital Propulsion Programs we are looking for a Program Manager for Orbital Propulsion SubSystems fm. Your responsibilities will include Acquisition of orders for orbital propulsion systems and components Performing analysis of customer specific requirements and documents for establishmentimplementation ofin proposal Performing programme risk analysis performance linked to acquisition Implementing customer requirements in internal project work packages Analysing, coordinating and negotiating work package costs Management of projects for orbital propulsion systems and components Having full project responsibility for on time, on cost, on quality and for specified project gross margins Coordinating and managing the project team engineering, quality, controlling, production, contract, planning, etc. Performing project risk analysis Controlling project planning Controlling project cost Establishing development plans Ensuring planning and performance of project reviews and project key milestones Being first point of contact for customer reporting, negotiation including claims management, etc. Ensuring project reporting progress reports, management reports, PAR reports, etc. Establishing project work breakdown structure and following up its implementation in work orders We are looking for candidates with the following skills Engineering degree in Aerospace or similar with knowledge in Business Administration Experience in project management Teamplayer Negotiation level in English and good German language skills TO APPLY click here
