A Spanish leader company in Aerospace Engineering and Scientific services with more than 45 years of experience working for NASA and 35 years working for ESA seeks a candidate for a postion of ProgrammeProject controller. Specific Tasks Service Requirements 1. The tenderer shall present his management plans, policies and procedures for this activity. 2. The structure of the team proposed to carry out the Service under the given WP shall be shown by means of organisation charts clearly showing the tasks, position, authority, and name of the persons proposed for the work , and in particular the team leader. Lines of communication and reporting, and means for settling disagreements shall be described. Please take note that the Service Manager has already been identified. 3. Key personnel are defined as persons who, because of their individual qualifications and positions are proposed for the work, and indicated as such in the bidders proposal. In addition to the proposed key personnel each participating company shall demonstrate that it has sufficient appropriately skilled resources which might be allocated to perform tasks in case deployment of other personnel is required long sickness, resignation, additional activities, etc. and within a reasonable notice period. 4. KPIs Successful completion of each task. Timely delivery of the final report for each task.
