The European Global Navigation Satellite Systems Agency GSA has set up a selection procedure that aims to establish a reserve list for Project Control Officer Corporate Administrative Management. The Project Control Quality Department handles all matters related to project control and quality management of the Galileo and EGNOS programmes, together with corporate planning and programming, and the administrative management of the GSA Administrative Board. The Project Control Officer reports to the Head of Project Control Quality Department. HisHer main tasks are to ensure proper corporate GSA planning and programming and the administrative management of the GSA Administrative Board. The specific responsibilities shall be finalised on appointment and are planned to include Managing and coordinating the development of the corporate GSA planning and programming documents and activities, including the single programming document and annual activity report Managing and coordinating the administrative management and the proper endtoend functioning of the GSA Administrative Board, working closely in particular with the Head of Administration Managing and coordinating external GSA reporting activities to the European Commission and Administrative Board for core and delegated tasks including dashboards Supporting the development and maintenance of GSA corporatelevel programme control processes in support of quality management as required Supporting the Head of Project Control Quality and the Executive Director for additional topics as required, in particular concerning development of briefing materials and preparation of meetings For a more detailed job description and further information on the application procedure please visit our career website httpwww.gsa.europa.eugsajobsopportunities
