Position Reference 644 We are currently looking for a Project Controller to work in the beautiful city of Noordwijk, The Netherlands. The Project Controller will bw assigned to the Programme and Project Control Service and will provide support for the project control activities for the different projects under the responsibility of the Systems Department in TEC. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Organise project meetings. Maintain project documents by filing all project documents in an appropriate library and ensuring that all documents are accurate and have been accepted by the Project Manager. Identify Problems or Risks that could effect the progression of the project and communicate these to the PM. Manage the project schedule, monitoring deadlines for each project tasks. Check regularly that every deadline is still possible and report any potential delays to the Project Manager. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Masters Degree from a recognised Institute of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Engineering or Business Administration, with relevant experience. Ability to readily assimilate and coordinate input data and providing timely output. Reliability, rigor and initiative in the execution of the assigned tasks. Ability to work independently and establish good working relations with the relevant stakeholders. Capacity to identify priority actions and to handle high workload. Ability to understand and adapt to the Agencys specific context and environment. Excellent analytical, organisation and reporting skills together with a proactive attitude to solving problems and proficiency with IT tools. Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken. The following skills would be highly desirable Previous experience of several years as Project Controller. Previous experience with relevant Agencys corporate applications andor TEC IT Tools.
