HE Space is a successful international space company. For 30 years, we have been supporting our customers with qualified experts in the field of engineering, science and administration. We are currently looking for a Project Management Officer to support our customer in Germany. Project Management Officer Key Tasks and Responsibilities You will have the following responsibilities Creation of document templates Configuration and formatting of technical documents in English and German Controlling of data packages Data feeding into requirements databases e.g. DOORS Uploading of documents onto the webbased tool EMITS FTPFileServer Assisting with the creation of project proposals in English and German Administration of documents with Excel Organisation and assembling of presentations Reviewing of action items and maintenance of the action item database Creation of monthly project progress reports Cost management with SAP General administration duties Maintenance of the project calendar for the project team Planning and organisation of internal and external meetings Assisting the department head and group leaders with administrative support Substitution at the front desk area in rotation with colleagues. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Administrativecommercial qualification or equivalent Several years of professional experience in project environments Very good knowledge of MS Office particularly Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint Excellent organisational and communication skills coupled with attention to detail Fluency in German and English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
