CS est cot sur le march Euronext Paris.To support the development of our German subsidiary we are looking for an experienced ProjectBid manager. The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director of CS Communication and Systems Germany GmbH. The company has grown from 2 to 25 persons in the last 3 years and we are looking for a talented manager to help us to maintain our excellence in the achievement of our projects and to continue our development. The company is still running on a startup mode and the range of activities that have to be handled is wide. We can mention among the most important tasks that will be devoted to the selected candidateEnsure projects, contracts management and followup.Support company accounting.Develop consultancies activities and recruitment.Lead or support bid management activities.Participate in the definition and achievements of the company objectives.Strengthen collaboration with French and Romanian CS Space Business Units. This remains a subset of the various aspects of the work to be done and we are convinced that in order to succeed in this challenge the candidate must be able toUnderstand the complete set of activities of our customer Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the customer organizations at both the management and technical level.Use and develop our recruitment network and tools to enhance our consultancy offer.Quickly learn and adapt to CS methods and processes An engineering degree in a Space related discipline andor in business and administration is requested. An experience of at least 3 years in a managing position is strongly recommended. A sound knowledge of the Space industry, in particular of all that is related to ground segment development, maintenance and operation is also considered as a mandatory key skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, working level of French andor German would be an asset.The following capabilitiesknowledge are desirable but not mandatoryExperience in bid preparationmanagement for European entities.Experience in accounting.Familiarity with PL management and budget preparation.Leading consultancy support activities from chasing candidates to contract closure. The right candidate must have very strong interpersonal and negotiation skills together with the ability to act efficiently in very changing and uncertain environment and last but not least the right level of autonomy to take decisions in hisher domain of responsibility.
