HE Space is a successful international space company. For over 30 years, we have been supporting our customers with qualified experts in the field of engineering, science and administration. We are currently looking for a QA Manager to support our customer in Germany. Quality Assurance Manager Key Tasks and Responsibilities Creation and implementation of quality assurance and derivative plans, including securing customer approval Contact point with the customer on all quality matters Creation of quality assurance and quality management documents. Critical review of associated project documents Monitor the development of and manufacturing of hardware according to ESA standards. Contribute to design reviews and change management Document the hardware development process through to acceptance. Coordination and control quality assurance incl. Coordinate quality assurance activities, inclusive matters relating to reliability, safety, cleanliness and contamination Plan and monitor qualification programs and their documentation according to ESA standards including all required reviews Management and monitor of nonconformance and chair the NCR reviews Plan, structure and coordinate all activities the quality assurance project team Support the project manager in creating and ensuring the necessary project documentation. Skills Experience Engineering degree in precision engineering, mechatronics, etc. or comparable training 2 years experience in quality assurance management for space projects Good knowledge of ESA engineering standards Experience in dealing with cleanliness requirements cleanroom applications desirable Good knowledge of SAP Good German and English, spoken and written.
