We are looking to further enhance our team by adding an Quality Management System Engineer You will be based at our clients premises in Noordwijk, Netherlands. In this large European Agency you will find an excellent and modern working environment with challenging tasks and responsibilities. Your Tasks Include The general responsibilities of the engineer will be as follows This position concerns support related to the development, implementation and maintenance of the ESA Administration Area ISO 9001 Management System. The responsibilities and duties include Determining the organisations requirements for documented processes, and the levels of detail necessary for implementation in compliance with Agencywide processes and applicable international standards Defining, documenting, deploying and supporting the organisations processes and update the existing processes, including mappingmodelling and describing them in a way that can be useful for understanding how the organisation operates, and can be applied as guidelines for the performance of daytoday work Assessing the organisations existing processes for their efficiency, coherency within themselves and between different domains, analysing gaps, and developing improved processes Prepare and conduct quality audits Monitor the status of the audit findings and make sure corrective actions are put in place Support the preparation of the Administration Area QMS Management review Lead the nonconformance review boards in the Facility Management domain analyze the nonconformances, review the corrective preventive actions Analyze the complaints in the Facility Management domain and issue complaint reports to the customers Support the user surveys implementation, the analysis and monitor the improvement plans Provide quality assurance support to projects and services Train the Administration Area Staff to the Quality Management System and maintain the training material Prepare and conduct quality audits. Your Profile The successful candidate should have the following qualifications and experience A university masters degree or equivalent in Engineering. Experience in the following areas Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional work experience Experience in the definition, implementation and certification of quality management systems in conformance to ISO 9001 Experience working with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 27001 Experience in facility management processes Good organization and communication capabilities. Fluent in English knowledge of another ESA memberstate language is an asset Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.
